Description

You will join a lean, high-velocity AI prototyping pod to design, prototype, and launch AI-powered products that solve real user problems. Working directly with customers and cross-functional teams, you'll rapidly iterate from concept to production, navigating ambiguity and delivering magical experiences.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years full-stack development building products with experience taking ideas from zero to one
• Track record of shipping quickly while maintaining quality
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments where customer feedback drives decisions
• Strong product taste and deep customer empathy
• Outstanding communication skills capable of articulating complex technical concepts

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and launch AI-powered products from early concepts to scaled features
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and validate ideas quickly
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to take features from idea to production at startup speed
• Navigate ambiguity to define what to build when the path forward isn't clear
• Stay on top of research and identify opportunities to ship magic to users
