💼 About This Role
You'll manage high-value merchants (monthly TPV €50) at SumUp, a global FinTech company. You'll own their full lifecycle from onboarding to retention and growth, acting as their single point of contact. This role offers high-touch strategic account management and upselling opportunities in a supportive global team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct discovery calls and ensure smooth merchant activation.
- Deliver training sessions on SumUp products remotely or onsite.
- Monitor transactional data and identify growth or churn risks.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant SumUp products to drive expansion.
📋 Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience managing large accounts.
- Strong sales and upselling capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
- Interest in data analysis and reporting.
