💼 About This Role

You'll manage high-value merchants (monthly TPV €50) at SumUp, a global FinTech company. You'll own their full lifecycle from onboarding to retention and growth, acting as their single point of contact. This role offers high-touch strategic account management and upselling opportunities in a supportive global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct discovery calls and ensure smooth merchant activation.
  • Deliver training sessions on SumUp products remotely or onsite.
  • Monitor transactional data and identify growth or churn risks.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant SumUp products to drive expansion.

📋 Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience managing large accounts.
  • Strong sales and upselling capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
  • Interest in data analysis and reporting.
