📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of compensation experience, with 2+ in equity and global comp.
• Experience at a startup or high-growth company.
• Knowledge of equity programs and international comp practices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree or CCP/GRP certification.
• Experience with Workday, PayScale, or Carta.
