Description
You will support new customers as they begin using Jamf's product, leading onboarding activities, delivering product walkthroughs, and assisting with solution setup. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning software, and providing clear guidance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years customer-facing role experience
- Experience with software or technology products preferred
- Exposure to CRM or customer tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and comfort with video calls, email, and chat
- 2-year Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or related field
Responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and support initial onboarding engagements
- Lead live product walkthroughs and onboarding sessions
- Learn product in depth and explain core features and best practices
- Manage solution setup and configuration with senior guidance on complex scenarios
- Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Implementation teams for seamless handoffs
