💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end support for a portfolio of clients, helping them unlock the full value of Prelude's platform. You'll work closely with Sales and Engineering to onboard new customers and proactively monitor key accounts. This role offers a chance to shape support processes as we scale internationally with a flat org structure and high-impact team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end support for a portfolio of clients
  • Onboard new customers with Sales and Engineering
  • Proactively monitor accounts to improve experience
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve issues with Engineering

📋 Requirements

  • A few years experience in customer support or technical support
  • B2B SaaS environment experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable with support tooling and reading basic API logs

✨ Nice to Have

  • Additional language skills (French, Spanish, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Metabase, Retool, ClickHouse
  • Experience using AI tools for automation
