💼 About This Role

You'll launch a crypto-native payments business built on Bitcoin infrastructure, transforming protocol capabilities into real-world products. You'll define the roadmap, validate market fit, and build the first product squad from scratch. This is a high-autonomy role combining product leadership and venture strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product portfolio roadmap across multiple payment verticals
• Lead customer discovery, pilot programs, and design partnerships
• Build, structure, and lead a dedicated product and engineering squad
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch
• Align with R&D teams on protocol capabilities and technical constraints

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years experience in payments, remittances, fintech, or crypto
• Proven track record building crypto payment products in production
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin and EVM ecosystems
• Experience in product strategy and building commercial partnerships
