Description

You will be responsible for establishing, developing, and growing a territory to exceed sales goals for oncology diagnostics. This involves creating strategic territory plans, managing business results, acquiring new accounts, retaining customers, and implementing cross-functional initiatives through trusted relationships and physician education.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostics
• Knowledge of local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, and reimbursement
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Travel up to 50-75% within territory

Responsibilities

• Learn Natera and competitor products, services, and payer landscape
• Achieve sales objectives and manage revenue/expenses
• Develop and maintain KOL relationships
• Drive business opportunities with academic and community cancer centers
• Develop comprehensive business plan to gain and retain clients
