💼 About This Role

You'll manage a caseload of removal defense cases and represent clients in Immigration Court. You'll collaborate with a supportive legal team and gain valuable experience in a growing firm. This role offers room for advancement and a chance to make a meaningful impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients
• Represent clients in removal proceedings before Immigration Court and BIA
• Prepare and submit legal briefs and diverse immigration applications
• Conduct intakes with detained individuals at detention centers

📋 Requirements

• 1-5 years of Immigration Law experience
• Active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience with removal defense and EOIR proceedings
• Ability to manage a caseload and move cases forward

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience with Case Management Software
• Knowledge of family-based petitions and humanitarian applications
