🎯 What You'll Do

• Review project bid documents and identify scope and risks
• Perform quantity surveys and takeoffs for estimates
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor quotations
• Prepare cost comparison analyses for bid proposals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
• 1+ year of professional experience in construction-related industry
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
