🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media
• Conduct screening calls and video interviews
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from teams
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
• Track record of meeting hiring goals
• Ability to work CST time zone

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fulfillment or operations recruiting
• Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies
• Creative problem-solving skills
