Requirements

• 5–7 years leadership experience in Fixed Operations
• Proven track record of achieving OEM CSI and profit goals
• Strong knowledge of Stellantis systems (DealerConnect, wiADVISOR, STAR Parts) preferred
• Expertise in Lean principles and process improvement
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage P&L

• Drive compliance with OEM standards and warranty processes
