You'll manage civil engineering design projects for water or wastewater infrastructure, overseeing technical teams and client relationships. Your core impact is delivering treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution systems. This role offers a sign-on bonus and hybrid work in New England.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project implementation with assigned project team
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets
• Supervise and direct technical staff on projects
• Track project costs and ensure timely client invoices

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
• 8+ years of water or wastewater design experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
