You'll provide technical oversight of NGS assay execution and ensure high-quality data generation in a growing lab operations team. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining process consistency across operators. This role offers the chance to have a huge positive impact on early cancer detection.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee NGS assay execution and QC review
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time
• Develop and implement operator training plans
• Assist with workflow coordination and prioritization

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• 8-10 years of molecular laboratory experience
• 5+ years of hands-on NGS experience
• Experience training operators on NGS assays
