💼 About This Role

You'll lead and elevate Altruist's Settlements team within Operations, ensuring seamless trading, settlement, and reporting processes. You'll collaborate across departments to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement in clearing and settlement operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Settlement Analysts.
• Manage daily settlement operations and fail control functions.
• Oversee seg deficit management and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve settlement issues.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in brokerage operations
• 4+ years in people management
• Series 7, 24, and 53 licenses
• Proficiency with DTC, NSCC, Obligation Warehouse and other DTCC applications

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in fixed-income processing and settlement
• Experience with TRACE and MSRB reporting
• Knowledge of ACATS and Securities Lending Operations
