You'll lead the Sample Management Solutions (SMS) product portfolio, including genomics and microbiome collections. Your work directly drives growth and innovation in global health diagnostics. You'll operate in a player/coach model, managing a team and owning key product lines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development and execution of multi-year product roadmap for SMS portfolio.
• Establish product lifecycle plans including claims evolution, COGS reduction, and pricing.
• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional product development teams.
• Create business cases and forecast customer acceptance for product initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or science.
• 10+ years product management experience in medical devices industry.
• Track record leading successful new product introductions from concept to launch.
• Experience conducting market research and developing business plans.

• PhD or MBA highly desirable.
• Prior diagnostics product management experience highly desirable.
• Experience managing and coaching direct reports.
