💼 About This Role

You'll manage, maintain, and optimize our M365 environment, ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of email systems and identity management. You'll play a critical role in Exchange Online administration and identity lifecycle management for a fast-paced IT team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, groups, and policies.
• Manage identity and access in Microsoft Cloud environments.
• Monitor and optimize Exchange Online performance and availability.
• Lead IT projects related to email and identity management.
• Provide expert-level support and training to end-users and IT staff.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years managing Exchange Online, Azure, or identity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory and M365 stack.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications (MS-220, MS-100, MS-200, etc.).
• Experience migrating on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of IT security standards and compliance regulations.
