🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize and execute plant delivery and transformation methods
• Troubleshoot transformation protocols and propose solutions
• Assist in plant phenotyping and imaging
• Perform bacterial plasmid transfections
• Sample plants for molecular assays

📋 Requirements

• MS in Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Microbiology, or Molecular Biology
• BS plus 2 years full-time lab experience
• Horticultural skills and experience with plants in controlled environments
• Organizational and record-keeping skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with common plant transformation methods (Agrobacterium, biolistic)
• Experience with DNA, RNA, and protein isolation and purification
• Experience with automated growth control systems
