You will lead ClassPass's consumer referral program and new user onboarding experience, partnering with Product, Creative, and Finance teams to build data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth and member loyalty.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or data-driven roles
  • Proven track record of lifecycle campaigns with measurable impact
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills for data analysis
  • Deep familiarity with referral, onboarding, and engagement strategies
  • Experience with Braze and tools like Asana or JIRA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve referral and onboarding strategies from idea to global rollout
  • Build and launch lifecycle campaigns using Braze and internal tools
  • Analyze data to identify referral trends and acquisition drivers
  • Design A/B testing strategies and experiments
  • Lead referral experimentation roadmap including messaging, incentives, placements
