Description
You will lead ClassPass's consumer referral program and new user onboarding experience, partnering with Product, Creative, and Finance teams to build data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth and member loyalty.
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or data-driven roles
- Proven track record of lifecycle campaigns with measurable impact
- Strong SQL and Excel skills for data analysis
- Deep familiarity with referral, onboarding, and engagement strategies
- Experience with Braze and tools like Asana or JIRA preferred
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve referral and onboarding strategies from idea to global rollout
- Build and launch lifecycle campaigns using Braze and internal tools
- Analyze data to identify referral trends and acquisition drivers
- Design A/B testing strategies and experiments
- Lead referral experimentation roadmap including messaging, incentives, placements
