💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted advisor to the CTO and R&D leadership, aligning people strategy with technical roadmaps. You'll architect career frameworks and talent initiatives that enable engineers to perform at their peak. This role requires onsite presence 3 days per week in Los Angeles and offers the chance to shape culture in a high-growth SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise CTO and SVP of Product on workforce planning and org design
• Develop and evolve technical career ladders for engineering and product
• Coach technical managers on feedback, conflict resolution, and motivation
• Analyze engagement and turnover data to provide actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of HR Business Partner experience
• 3+ years supporting Engineering or Product in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Deep fluency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with large-scale growth and global expansion
