🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop deep learning methods for protein sequence, structure, and function prediction
• Curate datasets and design tasks for evaluation of generative models
• Collaborate with Biology team to design and characterize novel biomolecules
• Implement computational approaches and present results to colleagues

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Experience with conceiving and evaluating novel machine learning techniques
• Publications at major ML conferences or scientific journals
• Experience with PyTorch or Jax
