You'll shape the foundation of HighLevel's platform by designing shared frameworks and core services at massive scale. Your work will power over 4 billion daily API hits and 2.5 billion message events. You'll drive engineering excellence through AI-powered development workflows and SDLC automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect reusable frameworks and core platform services using Node.js and GoLang
• Design cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Optimize systems for high-throughput workloads and reliability
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor senior engineers

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems
• Hands-on experience designing large-scale backend systems and data-intensive applications
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and observability
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering workflows to improve SDLC

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal platforms or developer tooling
• Strong expertise in Node.js/GoLang and GCP
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, service mesh, and infrastructure automation
