You'll serve as Hadrian's dedicated resource for managing complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations and reasonable accommodations. You'll support policy development and compliance training while building ER infrastructure to scale with the business. This role sits at the intersection of legal risk management and people care.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough investigations of complaints and prepare reports
  • Manage reasonable accommodation requests end-to-end
  • Assist with employee handbook updates and policy development
  • Partner with People Ops on compliance and training completion

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt populations
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and applicable policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
