💼 About This Role

You'll own the day-to-day execution of email and SMS programs in Klaviyo for a fast-growing microbiome company. Your campaigns will directly drive revenue and retention. This role offers the chance to shape a brand from the ground up in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, QA, and launch email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
• Manage Jira project management and campaign calendar
• Set up and maintain flows: welcome, post-purchase, replenishment
• Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, creative, offers

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing
• Deep, hands-on experience in Klaviyo
• Proven track record executing email/SMS programs that drive revenue
• Strong testing and optimization mindset

• HTML/CSS for email editing
