Description

In this role, you will design end-to-end user experiences for complex B2B security products, collaborating with product management and engineering teams. You'll contribute to UX standards and the design system, ensuring usability and accessibility across Redtrust's ecosystem.

Requirements

• Significant experience in UX or interaction design
• Proven experience designing complex or technical products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX problem solving
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and constraints

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for complex workflows and technical products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other departments
• Contribute to evolution and adoption of the design system
• Participate in user research activities and validate design decisions
