Description

You will configure and maintain data feeds, design transformations, model operational data, and build applications to answer operational questions. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and central platform teams to troubleshoot and refine data-driven workflows.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance
• Strong engineering or quantitative background (CS, Software Engineering, Math, Physics, Data Science)
• Proficiency in Python (PySpark, Pandas) and SQL
• Understanding of data modeling and ontology-driven design
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (Spark) and version control

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain reliable data feeds from source systems into a data platform
• Design and implement data transformations using Spark-based transforms and Contour
• Model operational data including defining objects, relationships, and actions
• Build and configure Ontology-backed applications (Workshop, Slate, etc.)
• Monitor pipelines and applications, investigate failures, and drive fixes
