💼 About This Role

You'll define manufacturing processes for high-precision rocket components in our state-of-the-art machine shop. Your work directly integrates into flight hardware, making an immediate impact on Terran R. Collaborate with engineering to drive better designs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create process plans, SOPs, inspection plans, and work holding designs
• Improve manufacturing processes through new technologies and methodologies
• Advise on design for manufacturability to upstream partners
• Analyze and correct non-conforming hardware through root cause investigation

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering or comparable STEM field
• 8+ years of experience in machining
• Knowledge of GD&T
• 10+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or Supply Chain

• Proficiency in CAD and CAM software
