You'll represent clients in lemon law cases and other consumer protection matters for a California Plaintiff-side firm. • Represent clients in lemon law and consumer protection cases.
• Draft demand letters, complaints, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements with manufacturers and dealerships.
• Participate in court hearings, mediations, and trials.

📋 Requirements

• California bar license in good standing.
• Civil litigation experience.
• Research and writing skills.
• Oral advocacy and courtroom skills.
