💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help achieve sales targets. This is a part-time onsite role in El Cajon, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to customers
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
