Description

Lead the development and execution of SoFi's cyber threat intelligence program. You will manage a team of analysts and engineers, oversee threat intelligence operations, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to protect the organization from cyber threats.

Requirements

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, operations, or risk management
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven ability to lead teams in a dynamic operational environment
• Experience presenting complex technical data to senior executives
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature the CTI program aligned with financial services regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of threat intelligence engineers and analysts
• Deploy and maintain a threat intelligence platform for intake, structuring, and distribution
• Monitor threat landscape and manage collection strategies based on PIRs and SIRs
• Collaborate with security operations, IT, Legal, and external partners to integrate intelligence
