Requirements

  • Background in SDR, AE, real estate, construction, or customer success
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and proactive communication skills
  • Comfortable owning pipeline and being accountable for outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Be primary contact for homeowners, delivering empathetic support
  • Serve as liaison between homeowners and contractors
  • Guide homeowners through renovation journey using playbooks
  • Collect feedback and flag patterns to management
