You'll be the operational glue for mortgage loan files, guiding borrowers through documentation and ensuring compliance. You'll directly help families achieve homeownership while thriving in a fully remote, award-winning culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text.
• Review credit, income, and asset docs for compliance.
• Identify additional documentation needs and maintain file accuracy.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-year experience in mortgage operations.
• Managed a borrower pipeline with daily customer communication.
• Experience with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA).
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable with document-heavy tasks.
