🎯 What You'll Do
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation
- Craft strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent and VP People
- Partner with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects
- Help refine outbound playbook alongside AEs
📋 Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo or Clay
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office 5 days/week)

- Experience selling to TA/HR personas
- Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team <5
- Comfortable navigating Product-Led Growth environments
