You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for a fast-growing AI SaaS company. You'll partner with AEs, Product, and Marketing to refine outbound strategies. This role offers clear paths into AE or SDR Management within 12 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation
  • Craft strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent and VP People
  • Partner with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects
  • Help refine outbound playbook alongside AEs

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo or Clay
  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office 5 days/week)

  • Experience selling to TA/HR personas
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team <5
  • Comfortable navigating Product-Led Growth environments
