You'll join the Big Fiat team to create a state-of-the-art onboarding platform, monitoring daily P2P performance and coordinating with regional stakeholders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor daily P2P platform performance across LATAM.
• Coordinate with risk and compliance teams for safe operations.
• Execute operational workflows like merchant vetting and transaction monitoring.
• Analyze P2P market trends and competitive landscape.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in P2P operations, crypto exchanges, fintech, or payment platforms.
• Strong understanding of LATAM crypto landscape and regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with merchant management in P2P or marketplace.
• Familiarity with anti-fraud methods or operational risk frameworks.
• Knowledge of crypto compliance in LATAM jurisdictions.
