Description

You will define and deliver the technical vision for AI-native and agentic systems, combining deep system architecture with AI innovation to build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. You'll work with Product, AI Platform teams, and engineering leadership to guide distributed system design, influence the roadmap, and drive adoption of modern AI-native architectures.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and AI-powered architectures
• 16+ years of experience with Java, RESTful APIs, SpringBoot, and microservices
• Extensive experience in data engineering, low-latency data pipelines, and streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark)
• Knowledge of multiple storage technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, CockroachDB, CouchDB) and indexed search (Elasticsearch, Solr)
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver architecture for AI-native agentic systems, enabling scalable multi-agent solutions
• Create failure mode scenarios for agentic workflows and incorporate architectural safeguards
• Provide expertise in LLM architectures, RAG, model selection, training, and optimization
• Champion technical exploration to validate feasibility and guide long-term architectural decisions
• Collaborate with AI Platform team to influence capabilities and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
