💼 About This Role

You'll join the Middleware team to build a fault-resilient, highly available platform and deliver customer-facing features that enable security and engineering teams to stop threats. Your work will directly impact scalability and security of the R(x) 360 Platform, built on AWS and GCP. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to drive technical excellence and mentor junior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain services in Go and Python
• Lead agile development processes and code reviews
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Address technical debt proactively and improve codebase

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of professional backend development experience
• Solid knowledge of Go, Python, or equivalent language
• Experience in API development, PostgreSQL, or SQL optimization
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Python web frameworks
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or HashiCorp tools
