🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute core bakery operations including inventory and scheduling
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and training new staff
• Manage bakery independently in the absence of the BOM
• Partner with leadership to identify and fix operational gaps

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Experience with inventory and ordering systems
• Prior bakery or food service management
