🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement internal communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Partner with executives to craft messaging on priorities and organizational changes
• Design and execute all-team meetings, offsites, and news roundups
• Manage channels like Slack, email, blogs, and live formats

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years in internal or corporate communications in high-growth tech
• Exceptional writing ability to distill complex topics into simple narratives
• Experience as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR teams
• Strong project management skills with bias for action

• Experience with crisis communications
• Creativity in format and channel experimentation
• Event planning experience for all-hands or town halls
