💼 About This Role

You'll own strategic sourcing and supply base management for critical components used in advanced Lidar systems at Aeva, a company transforming autonomy with silicon photonics-based 4D LiDAR sensors. You'll drive cost reduction, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet aggressive product development and production goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers on cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage supplier selection, qualification, and ongoing performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure supply continuity.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Commodity Management.
• Direct experience sourcing technical components for high-tech products.
• Proven ability to develop commodity strategies and execute negotiations.
