🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and operate powder coating equipment (manual and automated)
• Apply coatings using electrostatic spray methods for consistent finishes
• Operate curing ovens, adjusting settings per specifications
• Inspect finished products with visual checks and gauges for quality

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of powder coating experience
• Basic knowledge of powder coating and surface preparation
• Strong visual inspection skills
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with coating equipment

✨ Nice to Have

• SSPC or PCI Certification
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI or other automation programming
• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing
