Description

You'll design and build the software backbone for neurosurgical robot production, working directly with engineers to track, assemble, calibrate, and verify every robot. This role offers direct ownership of the manufacturing software stack as the company scales from early production to clinical demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong full-stack engineering skills (Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript)
• Experience building software used by real people
• Ability to collaborate directly with users and translate problems into software
• Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership

Responsibilities

• Build inventory and warehouse management systems for component tracking
• Develop lifecycle management software for robot build, calibration, verification, and maintenance
• Collaborate directly with robot and surgical engineers to understand requirements
• Ship solutions quickly and fix software issues on the manufacturing floor
• Own the design and evolution of the manufacturing software stack
