Description

You will train LLMs for software engineering agents, search for improvements to training procedures, design experiments to validate hypotheses, and mentor junior colleagues. This role focuses on making AI agents available on users' machines through cutting-edge research.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of ML experience with at least 1.5 years training LLMs
• Strong skills in Python-PyTorch-Transformers stack
• Track record of working with open-source or production code
• Experience organizing personal research projects or groups
