🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute BD strategies targeting user growth and trading volume.
• Identify and onboard partnerships with crypto, DeFi, and Web3 platforms.
• Manage KOL relationships and negotiate collaboration models.
• Track partner performance and optimize for measurable results.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years BD experience in African crypto/blockchain markets.
• Deep understanding of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Established network within African crypto influencers and communities.
• Extensive KOL resources with verifiable trading volume track record.
