🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CEO to identify and drive critical strategic initiatives
• Structure CEO staff meetings and offsites for decision orientation
• Act as cross-functional integrator across teams and functions
• Build feedback loops to surface organizational risks and opportunities

📋 Requirements

• MBA required
• 10+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or senior business roles
• Experience in public company matrixed environment
• Proven ability to influence without authority
