Description

Lead a 100+ person engineering organization to strengthen execution, raise engineering standards, and advance AI-enabled capabilities for commercial software platforms including patient/provider portals, EMR integrations, billing systems, and AI-powered automation.

Requirements

• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred)
• Experience building scalable, highly available platforms
• Deep understanding of modern web stacks (APIs, React, TypeScript, services)
• Experience leading platform modernization and reliability improvements
• Comfortable engaging deeply in architecture reviews and technical decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a 100+ engineer organization through Directors and Sr. Directors
• Improve delivery predictability, engineering velocity, and production quality
• Strengthen planning, estimation, and development processes
• Raise the bar on accountability and ownership
• Develop strong engineering leaders and succession depth
