You'll support end-to-end onboarding of private cloud and infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients, acting as a key technical contributor bridging implementation, support, and continuous improvement. You'll serve as an escalation point for analysts and help resolve advanced issues while mentoring junior team members. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end onboarding and technical delivery of private cloud solutions.
• Act as escalation point for analysts, providing advanced troubleshooting guidance.
• Coordinate client onboarding projects including scheduling and implementation oversight.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a technical support or infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, endpoint management, or networking.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues systematically.
• Experience with service delivery processes and ticketing systems.
