📋 Requirements

• 10 years experience in UX design or learning solutions
• Client stakeholder management and program delivery experience
• Knowledge of ADDIE model, adult learning, and blended learning
• Experience with Brightspace or other LMS platforms

• Familiarity with design thinking principles
