Description

You will manage and execute new facility construction and renovation projects at SpaceX launch sites, working with engineers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver world-class manufacturing facilities. You'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, under-budget delivery while managing permits, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in civil/mechanical/structural engineering, architecture, or construction management
• 2+ years professional experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilities management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and PDF editor (e.g., Bluebeam)
• Willing to support nights/weekends and provide 24x7 on-call support
• Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate facilities construction and maintenance projects
• Facilitate city, county, and governmental approvals
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and RFP documents
• Coordinate project implementation and track permits/inspections
• Reconcile documentation and maintain accurate records
