You'll serve as the trusted advisor and single point of contact for customers, driving product adoption and satisfaction. You'll orchestrate onboarding, governance, and success planning to help customers achieve their business goals. This role offers the chance to work remotely anywhere in the US or LATAM.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and execute onboarding for newly signed customers
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders
• Document customer business needs, use cases, and priorities
• Monitor customer health score and escalate risks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success management, sales engineering, or related role with SaaS/cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of establishing executive-level relationships
• Strong project/program management and organizational skills

• Experience with Digital Motion for lower-tier customers
• Knowledge of SaaS and security applications
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
