💼 About This Role

You'll own the social media strategy for RiseGuide, a fast-growing EdTech platform. You will build viral YouTube and Instagram channels that drive user acquisition. This role offers direct impact on a top-2 revenue product within SKELAR's portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and launch YouTube and Instagram channels as strategic brand assets
• Create viral content that converts viewers into users and attracts influencers
• Organize collaborations with top experts and influencers for co-created content
• Hire and manage a team of scriptwriters, motion designers, etc.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency and ability to write native, engaging copy
• Experience building and scaling SMM for mobile apps or media projects from scratch
• Deep understanding of video content creation cycle (YouTube, Reels) and metrics like Retention and CTR
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with high uncertainty and creating structure from scratch
