You'll own and evolve end-to-end analytics data pipelines, building scalable data products and self-serve analytics for a fast-growing Web3 organization. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key business metrics and ensure consistent, reliable reporting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable, self-serve data products like curated datasets and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain key business analytics covering product performance, growth, and retention.
• Implement data quality, observability, and reliability frameworks including anomaly detection.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and standardize KPIs and metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or similar data platform roles.
• Advanced SQL expertise including data modeling and query optimization.
• Strong Python skills for data pipelines, automation, and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.

• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools.
